SPIN (moderate to challenging intensity)
Burn several hundred calories with this intense workout on a stationary bicycle.
WEIGHT LIFTING (moderate to challenging intensity)
This non-aerobic class is very athletic and challenging, yet easy to follow. Use barbells and dumbells to tone and strengthen the entire body.
POWER FLEX (moderate to challenging intensity)
This advanced circuit style class consists of high intensity cardio and weight resistance intervals. Super fun and challenging!
CARDIO KICKBOX (moderate to challenging intensity)
Not your traditional step class! This class uses basic and athletic moves as well as a touch of simple cardio kickboxing.
YOGA (mild to moderate intensity) Yoga poses promote flexibility, strength and calmness. Relaxes tension and emotional resistance. Enhances breath, immune system, function and stability.
POWER YOGA (moderate to challenging intensity)
Intermediate/Advanced level. Requires previous and ongoing experience. An integration of various schools of yoga.
