BOOT CAMP (Moderate to challanging intensity) Pull out the toys! Weights, bands, balls, ladders and cones! Plyometrics and sports drills will push, pull and jump your way into fitness!
STEP (moderate to challenging intensity) Shape your booty and your legs while you burn a ton of calories in this fun cardio workout that consists of a combination of step aerobics hi/lo impact aerobics and ab work.
SPIN (moderate to challenging intensity) Set to inspiring music, burn several hundred calories during an awesome ride on a stationary bicycle.
TOTAL BODY SCULPT(moderate to challenging intensity)
This non-aerobic class is very athletic and challenging, yet easy to follow. Barbells, dumbells, bands and balls are used to tone and strengthen the entire body.
CARDIO KICKBOXING (moderate to challenging intensity)
Intense fat- burning workout that will tone, define and strengthen your muscles using a variety of punches, kicks, strikes and blocks!
TABATA (challenging) High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The Tabata protocol is an interval cycle of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest and repeated 8 times per exercise. MAX intensity. MAX results. MAX fun!
