Join us for 6 weeks of progressive instruction designed to prepare you for an incredible Opening Day on the slopes. Balance and sports conditioning, muscular strength and endurance are the focus of this program utilizing bands, agility drills and plyometrics. Designed by Personal Trainer Eric Welch who is an avid skier & snow boarder. Classes will be on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays at 7 am. Starts October 19th. Suspension training has changed the face of fitness. Small group training utilizing the TRX system will challenge your body in an entirely new way. Multi-dimensional training and dynamic muscle loading means the strength you gain in this class translates beautifully to your outside-the-gym activities, such as tennis, skiing, etc.

It’s all about the right modifications and consistent motivation while you learn proper form and build strength without injury. This class will take your fitness to the next level!

Our ½ acre FitPark includes a track, tire obstacles, pull up & monkey bars, heavy bags, battling ropes and other tools. Our instructors will put you through your paces with agility drills, team-building activities and strength training while you find your inner warrior – rain or shine!
