Spa Services Frequently Asked Questions 


In consideration of our members and guests we ask that the use of cellular phones be restricted to the lobby area. The Club is a non-smoking facility.


What time are reservations available?
Appointments are available seven days a week from 10:00 am until 7:30 pm. (6:30 pm Saturday & Sunday). We encourage you to come early to soak in our hot tubs, rest in our saunas or relax in the steam room. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. What is your cancellation policy?
Because your Spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 100% of the value of your service will be charged for all cancellations with less than 24 hour notice.


What about my personal privacy?
Undress to your level of comfort. During treatments, our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy. If you prefer greater privacy, undergarments or a bathing suit may be worn.


What if I have or have had medical conditions? 
For your safety and to equip our therapists to provide you with excellent service, we require that each client complete a Health History Form. Please notify us of medical or physical conditions, i.e., surgery, injury, high blood pressure, pregnancy, allergies or skin conditions.


Is it ok to leave a tip?
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
